Saved Configurations

You can save and manage your preferred analysis settings using the Saved Configurations menu.

By default, the drop-down menu contains only a set of saved configurations provided by SYNTHIA™ (see “Select Saved Configuration and Folder” for a description of the default saved configurations).

Once you modify one or more settings from a selected saved configuration, you will see ‘Custom (not saved)’ replace the name of the original selected configuration. The new settings will be applied to the current analysis. You may simply close the analysis configuration page by clicking the ‘Done’ button and start your analysis with your new custom settings. 

Reset

If you want to cancel your modifications, and come back to the originally selected configuration, click the ‘Reset’ icon.

Save

If you are planning to use your new custom settings again, you may save them by following the steps below:

• Click the ‘Save’ icon,
• Type a new name in the text box,
• Press ‘Enter’, or click the ‘Save’ icon to save the new setting configurations.
   

Your new saved configuration is listed in the drop-down menu under ‘My Saved Configurations’

Edit

You may modify the name of your saved configurations by clicking the ‘Edit’ icon. Type a new name in the text box, and press ‘Enter’, or click the ‘Save’ icon to save the new name.

Set as Default

You can set your preferred saved configuration as default by following the steps below.

• Select your preferred saved configuration in the drop-down menu,
• Click the ‘Heart’ icon,

• The ‘Heart’ icon turns pink to indicate that this is now the default configuration,
• This configuration will be selected as default every time you start a new analysis.

Delete

To delete one of your saved configurations, click the ‘Delete’ icon. Confirm deletion in the dialog box, and your configuration will be permanently deleted.

Note: Default ‘Saved Configurations’ provided by SYNHTIA™ cannot be renamed or deleted.
