3. Handling Duplicates

SYNTHIA™ allows only one entry per compound in a custom inventory database. During uploading, any duplicates found in the hashed inventory file will be skipped after the first entry of the same compound is integrated. Therefore, we recommend consolidating duplicates into one entry in your original inventory CSV or SD file. 

  • The ‘Hashed structure’ and ‘Compound ID’ fields may only contain one unique value
  • Other fields may contain data pertaining to multiple batches
  • You may choose how data for multiple batches is presented in the molecule node information cards
  • The data will be displayed in the information cards in the same way as it is formatted in the Excel file
