Delete Account

In case you are leaving your organization, or if you want to do a hard reset and get rid of all your old data, you can delete your own account. This will erase your account and permanently delete all your data and customizations. 

Click on ‘Delete Account’, check the box stating that you understand that the deletion of your data will be complete and irreversible, and confirm the deletion by clicking on the red ‘Delete Account’ button. 

Once your account is deleted, you will be redirected to the login page, a message confirming the deletion will be displayed for a short time, and you will also receive a confirmation email.

Note: If you have a lot of analyses and customizations in your account, the deletion process may take a few minutes.

Warning: We are not keeping a copy of your data. Once an account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
