5. Delete User Accounts

If a user leaves your organization, you may delete their account, by following the steps below:

  • Find the user in your Registered Users table by typing their name or email address in the search text box
 
  • Click on the row corresponding to the user you want to delete to open the user’s card
 
  • Check the box next to ‘Delete Account’ to confirm that you understand that all data associated with this account will be permanently deleted and not recoverable
  • Click ‘Delete Account’ to start deleting the account
  • Once the account is deleted, a confirmation message will appear at the bottom of your screen

Note: The deletion process may take a few minutes, especially if the account contains many analyses, and saved customization.

Warning: We do not back up user data, and will not be able to recover any data from accounts that have been deleted.
