USER MANAGEMENT

1. Overview

User management is usually handled by Admin Managers from the SYNTHIA™ Team. However, for organizations with a larger community of SYNTHIA™ users, some of the responsibilities can be shared with a User Manager appointed by their organization. User Managers have access to the list of all registered users from their organization, including their username and email address. They can also provide registration links to new users to create their own accounts; and can unlock and delete accounts of registered users.

If you were appointed User Manager for the SYNTHIA™ application, you can access the registered users table in your account menu.
