SYNTHIA™ will recognized bonds that have been marked as ‘Not Reaction Center’ or ‘Reaction Center’. This may help you devise a disconnection strategy by indicating which bonds should be preferentially disconnected and which ones should remain intact. You can use this kind of disconnection strategy, if you want SYNTHIA™ to focus on specific disconnections, to preserve a chiral bond, or to look for different routes than the ones that have already been tried.
