Analysis Setup

Analysis configuration page reorganized to facilitate analysis setup:
- Analysis Preferences: Adjust pathways options, such as protection group requirements, inclusion of strategies, exclusion of gaseous substrates or transition metal catalysts, and reaction databases,
- Exclude & Seek: Avoid or promote specific compounds or reactions,
- Starting Materials: Adjust price, popularity, or molecular weight limits for starting materials.

Analysis Results

Expanded Path View can be opened from Building Block View.
Greener Alternative Product symbols displayed on starting materials in Building Block View when applicable.
Results loading speed improved by 40% in average as compared to previous version.

Analysis Features

Analyses that Seek keywords and substructures return only pathways containing the queried keywords and substructures.

Version 23.2 of SYNTHIA™ has been tested with Chrome versions 116.0.5845.187,117.0.5938.62, 117.0.5938.88, 117.0.5938.92, 117.0.5938.149, 117.0.5938.150 and 118.0.5993.71, Microsoft Edge versions 117.0.2045.35 and 117.0.2045.55 on Windows 10 version 22H2 and Windows 10 Enterprise, and Mac OS Ventura 13.4.1, 13.5.1 and 13.5.2.
