Release 6.1 - July 2021

We are constantly working to improve your experience with SYNTHIA™ Retrosynthesis Software. Here is a summary of what has changed.

What’s New

  • Explore chemistry around specific disconnections of your target molecule by designating a specific bond to be cut
  • Use our new shortcuts in the molecule editor to define either retrosynthetic cuts you want to make or bonds you want to preserve
  • Filter your manual retrosynthesis analysis results to remove unwanted reactions or focus on interesting intermediates

Fixes and Improvements

  • Inventory compound information exported in pdf reports
  • Support added for non-Latin characters in pdf reports
  • Similar reaction suggestions improved

Chemistry

1260 new expert rules have been added, covering reactions such as:

  • Asymmetric hydrogenation of flavones, chromones, cyclic imines and enamines
