Release 6.0 - May 2021

We are constantly working to improve your experience with SYNTHIA™ Retrosynthesis Software. Here is a summary of what has changed.

What’s New

  • Check out our new look! Analysis setup and results interface have been redesigned for a more intuitive experience
  • Use our customized search parameters to start your analysis, or create and save your own
  • Favor pathways using your preferred reactions, starting materials, or intermediates
  • Filter your results to remove pathways with unwanted reactions, focus on interesting intermediates, or limit the number of protecting groups needed
  • See a detailed schematic view of individual pathways, including structures, reaction names and conditions
  • Easily build and save lists of molecules or functional groups you would like to frequently avoid or favor
  • Connect with your scientific tools using enhanced APIs for integrated workflow

Fixes and Improvements

  • Integration of SPRESI by DeepMatter database: 4.6 million chemical reactions abstracted from 700,000 references from 1901 to 2014
  • Added SD file support for file upload in Batch Analyses
  • Fixed partial name search for finding target molecules in our known compounds database
  • Single sign-on with organizational directory available upon request

Chemistry

845 new expert rules have been added, covering reactions such as:

  • Catalytic enantioselective cyclopropenation of internal alkynes
