Build Your Shopping List

You can start building your Shopping List by selecting commercial compounds directly from your analysis results.

From individual pathways

In Building Blocks View

Click on the ‘Shop now’ icon to see catalog availability for the selected compound. Alternatively, you can open the three-dot menu and click on ‘Add to Shopping List’ to see catalog availability for all the commercial compounds included in the selected pathway.

In Pathway View

Open the three-dot menu and click on ‘Add to Shopping List’ to see catalog availability for all the commercial compounds included in the selected pathway.

In Expanded Path View

Click on the ‘Shop now’ icon to see catalog availability for all the commercial compounds included in the selected pathway.

From Graph View

Hover over or click on a commercial compound node (pink dot) to open a popup with its name and structure. Click on the ‘three-dot menu’ icon to access more options and select ‘Shop now’ to see catalog availability for the selected compound.

From a Molecule Card

Open the Molecule Card for a commercial compound. Select ‘Shop now’ in the middle panel to see catalog availability for the selected compound.

Add to Shopping List

Once you have selected a compound by clicking ‘Shop now’, a popup window opens, that allows you to browse through the different options offered for this compound. 

The offerings are called directly from the Sigma Aldrich catalog, so availability is up to date and prices reflect any discount negotiated with your organization. Select the grade and quantity you need and click ‘Add to List’ to add your compound to the Shopping List.

The compounds in the list are saved until you purchase them or remove them, even if you close your SYNTHIA™ application. You can keep adding compounds any time until you are ready to place an order.
