File formats

When exporting your Whiteboard, the following file formats are available:

Ket Format: Ketcher native format (used by the Molecule Editor in SYNTHIA®). Ensures no loss of data.

MDL Molfile: A widely used text-based file format for storing chemical structures. Note that reaction names and conditions are not saved.

SDF: A standard text-based format (based on MDL Molfile) for storing molecular structures along with associated data.

RDF: A standard text-based format (based on MDL Molfile) for storing chemical reactions and associated data.

SMILES: A line notation method for representing chemical structures. Note that reaction names and conditions are not saved.

PNG Image: An image format known for its lossless compression, preserving high-quality visuals.

CDX: ChemDraw native file format for storing chemical structures, reactions, and related data.
