Do you ever… 

…wonder when you are going to see your results in SYNTHIA?

As soon as SYNTHIA™ finds results, it will automatically load those for analysis. If there are no results yet, you can check the status of your search by simply clicking on the Computations Tab. 

Within this tab, you will find information on how long the search has been running, total search time, number of iterations, and the number of pathways found.

Once new results are found, a ‘bell’ icon will appear on the top of the screen. Simply click on this icon and your new results will load!

In the computation tab you have the option to stop the search at any time by clicking on ‘STOP’. 

When your search is finished, the status will read ‘Successfully completed’. 

You can also tell if you have a search in progress on the dashboard by checking the Pending filter. You can stop your search from here as well, by clicking the Stop button on the analysis tile.

If you see your search waiting in a queue it means all of the available search tokens are in use, but your search will start automatically as soon as resources are free. 

If you would rather not wait while your search is running, that’s no problem! SYNTHIA™ will send you an email notification once your search has completed with a direct link to your results for quick access.
