Do you ever… 

…wonder when you are going to see your results in SYNTHIA?

As soon as SYNTHIA™ identifies results, they will automatically load for analysis. If no results are available yet, you can easily check the status of your search by clicking on the Computations Tab

In this tab, you’ll find details such as:

• How long the search has been running.
• Total search time.
• Number of iterations.
• Number of pathways found.

When new results are found, a bell icon will appear at the top of the screen. Simply click on this icon to load your new results!

Need to stop your search? No problem! You can stop it anytime by clicking STOP in the Computations Tab.

When your analysis is finished, the status will update to ‘Successfully completed’. 

You can also monitor search progress on the dashboard by checking the Pending folder. From here, you can stop your search by clicking the Stop button on the analysis tile.

If your analysis is waiting in a queue, it means all available analysis tokens are currently in use. Don’t worry—your analysis will automatically start as soon as resources become available.
