Do you ever…

…want to share and collaborate on your SYNTHIA™ analysis results with a colleague? 

You can always download a PDF of individual pathways to share, but did you know you can share any analysis directly with anyone using SNTHIA™ in your organization?

Click on the Share Analysis icon on any of the analysis tiles on the homepage dashboard or in the top right corner of the analysis results page.

Start typing the email address of the colleague with whom you want to share the analysis. SYNTHIA™ will show you the names of any matching people in your organization who also have an account.

Select the ones you need and click the Share button. You can share an analysis with as many people as you would like.

You can find all the analyses you have shared with your colleagues by checking the Shared by Me filter on the homepage dashboard. These analyses also display the number of people it has been shared with on the Share Analysis icon. To see which analyses have been shared with you, enable the Shared with Me filter. 

Click on the analysis tile to open the results and see the full results set. You will also be able to save a path as a PDF or RD file from a shared analysis. 

You can rerun an analysis shared with you, as long as the original analysis does not include the use of custom molecule or substructure lists.

Want to send a message with the analysis?

If you leave a comment on an analysis you have shared, your colleagues will be able to see your comment and leave a reply. Click on the Comment icon on the analysis tile to read the comments or add a new one. 

When comments are added to an analysis, the number of comments is displayed on the Comment icon. The number badge is highlighted in blue when there are unread comments.
