SYNTHIA™ can help!

You can view potential side products for reactions proposed by SYNTHIA™.

In Pathway View, click on a reaction name to open its reaction card.

In Graph View, click on a reaction node and select the More Information option from the three-dot menu.

When the reaction card opens, SYNTHIA™ queries its expert-coded rules database for other reactions that may occur with any of the products or substrates under the same conditions. If side reactions are found, the number of results will appear at the bottom right corner of the card.

Click on the Possible Side Product card to explore the details of these side reactions.

Since SYNTHIA™ runs a new search each time you open the reaction tab, it may take a few seconds for the results to load.
