Did you know…

…you can copy a reaction directly from SYNTHIA™?

In Pathway View, click on any reaction name to open the reaction card and click on Copy Reaction.

In Graph View, click on any reaction node, open the three-dot menu and click on Copy Reaction.

The reaction is copied as an RXN file. You can then paste it into your favorite structure editor.

You can also copy a molecule as a MOL file by clicking on Copy Structure in the middle section of the molecule card.

Want to download a whole pathway?

In Path View, click on the three-dot menu at the top of the desired pathway, then select Download and Reactions (RDF) to download the entire pathway as an RD file.

RD files contain the structural information for the entire pathway and include the reaction detail information, such as typical conditions and illustrative references. If you have an appropriate add-in, you can open the RD file directly in Excel. Alternatively, you can open it in applications like MarvinView or ChemFinder. You can even upload the RD file directly into your ELN!
