Did you know…

…there is an easy way to sort through all the reactions in your 50 pathways?

50 pathways are a lot of options to review individually. You can use the Reaction Report to easily sort the full list reactions to find the most interesting chemistry.

To open the Reaction Report, click on the Reaction Report icon on the left-side panel.

By default, the reactions will be listed as one card for each unique reaction and sorted by their default order of appearance in the results, starting from the first reaction in the first pathway. The number of pathways in which each reaction appears is displayed to the left of the reaction name.

You can easily scroll through these options and click on a reaction you like to see it highlighted in Graph View.

Choose from various options in the Sort by drop-down menu to easily find reactions of interest. If you’re looking for specific chemistry, you can sort by Reaction name to list reactions alphabetically by their reaction name. If you’re looking for the most convergent routes, sort by Cut in Half to see all the most aggressive retrosynthetic cuts. When looking for reactions that form stereocenters or rings in your molecule, select sort by Create Stereocenters or Create Rings and click on the Sort Order icon to change the sorting order from Ascending to Descending.

You may also find a specific reaction by typing a keyword from its name in the Search textbox.

In Graph View, click on your target molecule and choose Reaction Report from the three-dot menu for an alternative way to generate a reaction report. All the reactions are listed individually and sorted by Distance to Target. If you generate this report and flip the sorting order to Descending, you will see all the options for the first disconnection from the target molecule on top.

The reaction report makes it easier for you to quickly find the most suitable pathways for your molecule—try it for yourself!
